Dear Editor,
This letter serves to thank the Minister of Public Works for powering our community with brand new road lights for the holidays. Approximately eight (8) months ago, my community members and I wrote to the minister asking for road lights for No.66 – No.73 Village Corentyne, This area has never gotten lights. Today, it is brighter and much safer to traverse our community at nights.
After requesting for the lights, we got a speedy acknowledgement and the installing began a few weeks after. Months later, it is now completed. We thank the Minister once again, his Team and the Government for not forgetting our community.
Regards,
Zakir Ally
