With reference to the Columnist, Freddie Kissoon’s publication in the Kaieteur Newspaper dated Monday, December 05, 2022, captioned, ‘Air condition driving, anti-freeze coolant and Leonard Gildarie,’ please be advised that the Guyana National Bureau of Standards (GNBS) does not monitor the importation of anti-freeze coolant.
Currently, the GNBS monitors Electrical Appliances and Electronic Appliances, Weighing and Measuring Devices, Textiles, Garments, Footwear, Safety Helmets, Safety Matches, Tyres, Gas Stoves, Cigarettes, PVC Pipes, Furniture, Toys and Playthings, Christmas Trees and Decorative Lighting, Cellular Phones, Gold Articles, Electrical Equipment and Fittings.
