Kaieteur News – VVIP ticket holders are in for a treat for this Sunday’s race meet at the South Dakota race Track. Patrons can expect a culinary delight with a mixture of complimentary Caribbean cuisines starting from breakfast which is expected to be served at 7am, lunch will be served at 11:30am and dinner served at 5pm. A team of highly experienced caterers were carefully selected to cook on site to ensure all meals are served steaming hot. The breakfast will include chicken curry and roti, tuna and bread, fried sausage, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and doubles.
Motor Racing returns this weekend with the much anticipated November Race meet and AJM adding to the experience with VVIP accommodation and delectable cuisine.
The lunch menu encompassed a wider variety of choices due to influx of patrons from across the Caribbean. The lunch menu will include Fish/beef broth, ‘Trinidad style’ curry chicken/duck & Puri, ‘Jamaican style’ Jerk chicken/peas & rice, ‘Spanish’ rice, stir fry vegetables, stewed lamb, mix meat cook-up, ‘Bajian style’ stew ox tail, garden salad & doubles. As the sun sets and the races come to an end, making way for the award ceremony presentation, the dinner will be served. The dinner menu will include ‘Trinidad style’ corn soup, Gyro wraps, oven glazed pineapple chicken, bunjal curry bites, roast beef/lamb, spaghetti & meat balls, saheena & aloo pies.
The food will be served buffet style on the ground floor with seating accommodation for patrons interested in dining while they watch the races similar to the Monaco Grand Prix.
For persons who require their food delivered to them in the stands or the decks, there will be a professional wait staff to cater to all your food and drink needs. To ensure maximum accessibility to the wide variety of unlimited top shelf liquor the AJM planning committee has strategically placed two (2) main bars and two (2) cocktail bars.
