Kaieteur New – If you haven’t visited the 2022 Amerindian Heritage Village located at the Sophia Exhibition Centre, today is your final chance to do so.
On display are a wide variety of Amerindian art and craft. Not only one can admire the beautiful displays but you can certainly purchase whatever your heart desired. Among items on display are sculptures which can add a touch of class to your home environs or maybe an indigenous outfit and jewellery to match might suit you just fine.
Also available is a wide variety of mouth-watering cuisines such as roasted wild meat with some farine, or if you like you can dip a piece of cassava bread in either tuma pot or pepperpot, or both if you like.
As you let the indigenous flavour and culture soak in, sip some Piwari, or fly and chill to the matapee song.
The Amerindian Heritage Village which got into full swing on Friday last, is slated to end at midnight.
