Ofimak Office Supplies softball tourney bowls off today

The Ofimak Office Supplies softball competition is set to commence tomorrow at Liliendaal, East Coast Demerara.

Matches will be played in the over-45 category with Regal facing Invaders’ Masters of Essequibo Coast and Ariel playing Success.

Regal will be led by Mahendra Hardyal and include Unnis Yusuf, Mohendra Arjune, Eric Thomas, David Harper, Fazleem Mohamed and Eon Abel. Ramesh Deonarine will appear for the Essequibians.

Ariel will be led by Samuel Kingston while Rafman Ally will spearhead Success which contain Seekumar Budhram and Hackim Majeed.

Ofimak Office Supplies which is based in Panama has sponsored the competition through its sole local distributor Regal Stationery and Computer Centre.

The competition which will continue next weekend, is being used as preparation for the upcoming GSCL Inc Prime Minister’s T20 cup.

The tournament will also be contested in the open and female divisions and interest teams can contact Abdool Gamal on 677 5601.

Action bowls off at 09:30hrs.
