Dear Editor,
How can a Judge give decisions without writing up the decision so that the winner of the case can have some documentation proof that the decision has been passed in his favour? How can a Judge set a date for hearing a case and postpone it five (5) times? This matter has been in the Court for eight (8) years now and whenever the case is called up or the date is near, it is always postponed and a future date cannot be given for a long period of time. I wonder whenever my name is called if it’s a no-no on the docket, that’s why I say, justice delayed, justice denied and this spells out nothing but a kangaroo court to me.
