Kaieteur News – During the recent opening of tenders, seven companies applied to provide design and supervision services for the rehabilitation of Cliff Anderson Sports Hall. The rehabilitation of the Sports Hall is a project being undertaken by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport. The companies which bid only submitted their financial proposal at the opening.
Also opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board office (NPTAB), is the continuation of construction works at the Mon Repos Market. A contract for phase three was opened and this is estimated to cost $100 million. The Ministry of Local Government will be overseeing this project.

Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation
Provision of laboratory testing service
Guyana Revenue Authority
Supply and installation of 20ft x 20ft x 16ft high drive freezer/cold storage – Lot1: GRA bond (Eccles Industrial Site) and Lot 2: GRA bond (Corriverton).

Regional Democratic Council of Region Five
Supply and installation of one new digital fixed X-ray machine
Supply and delivery of one new wheelchair accessible bus
