Dear Editor,
It baffles that a wrong body is given and not recognised, in the burial mix up. How could it not have been recognised from receipt of the body at the funeral home to burial, no where along the funeral process the mix up was realised?
It is said post mortem does not bring back the dead, but one will have to be done at the funeral home to determine how this mix up happened and ensure that weaknesses in the system are corrected thus avoiding another heartbreaking occurrence.
My condolences to both grieving parties.
