Dear Readers,
Today, Kaieteur News launches another publication, titled: The Waterfalls. This publication is our official Sunday Magazine, which will feature a variety of issues and highlight the success and struggle of the masses. At The Waterfalls, our journalists will not only write the stories, but also live them – offering depth, colour, perspective and exclusivity, which you would not get elsewhere.
With reporters across the country, our team will bring to the fore the hidden narratives of the masses of people in their everyday lives. Additionally, The Waterfalls, is part of a larger initiative, aimed at providing our growing readership and Guyanese at large with an alternative perspective to news grounded in experience, research, fashion, culture and independence.
Towards this end, this weekly magazine which will be part of our Sunday edition, strives for a unique brand free from the clutches of partisan and special-interest. The Waterfalls offers itself as the voice and face of every Guyanese to tell their stories and command their rightful place in the public sphere.
