Vibert Garrett returned as President of the Berbice Amateur Basketball Association
The Berbice Amateur Basketball Associationon Sunday 24th 2022 held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) where they elected Office Bearers. Mr Vibert Garrett was return as the president for the next two years, while Mr Rodwell Elbers is First Vice President, Second Vice President is Mr William Farley, Third Vice President Winston Profitt, the General Secretary Miss Alesha Samad, Treasurer Jasola McDonald DeAbreu and Assistant secretary Treasurer Kevon Mars.

Mr Garrett said that the association’s focus is on development work of basketball courts in Berbice area. The association is also working on seeking sponsorship for uniforms and championships.
“We are also hoping to meet with NDC and Mayor and Town Council of Rose Hall to discuss developing the sports in the region,” he noted.
