Kaieteur News – Guyanese prapa exhale over de weekend. After two years of restrictions and limit in wah dem could do, de Guyanese people break-free over de Easter weekend.
Dem go out and had a good time. Some wear mask but de majority decide dat is time fuh free up. Dem did determine fuh enjoy demselves and dem did.
One man bin having such a good time dat he fuhget de tide does turn. He went pon de beach at No. 63 and when de tide turn, he fuhget fuh turn around he vehicle and head fuh dry land.
One man went and had a ball over de weekend. He was like pot salt. He deh in all dem events; from de concerts to de kite flying. When he see a sport, he stop and gone in. He had a good time. He pocket did heavy when he start but by de time he finish, it light.
He party all Monday night and when daybreak come, he bruk. He money run out.
He leff with a bitter bottle in he hand. He nah even had a bus fare fuh ketch house. Suh he start fuh walk home and whenever he see people, he stop and begging dem fuh a passage.
Nuff people had a good time. Dem spend out dem money. Dem buy up drinks and food and all kind ah clothes fuh guh out with. And now dem wondering how dem gan manage fuh de rest ah de month.
Dem boys hope dem pay dem water bill, because GWI start cutting off people water.
