Continental Park Raptors CC and Herstelling A and B registered victories when the East Bank Demerara Cricket Association/ S and D T20 tournament continued last weekend.
At Queen’s College, Uprising CC batted first and managed 203-5. S. Wong led with 112 which included four fours and 13×6 off 51 balls, while Ryan Shun scored 51 with five fours and two sixes of 49 balls. K. Ross took 2-24.
In reply, Continental Park Raptors CC made 205-4 in 16.4 overs. Shamar Angel slammed 10 fours and six sixes in a top score of 102 off 51 balls while Alvin Mohabir scored 52 from 31 balls with five fours and two sixes. Shun had 2-20.
Herstelling A took first strike and managed 145 for 9. Martin Salick made 31 and Ricky Sargeant scored 22.
Peter’s Hall were bowled out for 99 in reply. Narendra Persaud and Yogendra Singh got 17 each as Tej Persaud took 2-1 and Anand Bharat 2-13.
Herstelling B made 151 with Trevor Benn scoring 37 and Miguel Parks 31.
Laurel Parks claimed 4-11 and Darren Manohar 3-11. Meadowbank were sent packing for 63 in reply. Brandon Jaikarran scored 20 as Daniel Persaud claimed 3-23.
