Crown Mining Supply golf tourney on today

Kaieteur News – The Lusignan Golf Club will be hosting its first golf tournament for the year today when the Crown Mining competition tees off at 12: 30hrs.
At the launching yesterday afternoon along with the display of prizes and trophies, Crown Mining also featured its new line of TOLSEN power tools and construction equipment. A sample of these products will be on display at today’s tournament.

Executive Manager Nadine Persaud handed over the sponsor check to LGC Treasurer Maxim Mangra, and expressed the company’s commitment to continuing its almost decade long partnership with the Lusignan Golf Club. This partnership has seen the company and its executives play a major role in the affairs of the golf club.
LGC VP Paton George thanked the Crown Mining team on behalf of the management and members for its outstanding contributions to local business affairs.
The format is Medal play over 18 holes and the three flights are: Players 9 and under handicap, 10-18 handicap and 19-36 handicap.
Prizes will be given to the first position in each flight based on net scores, Nearest to flag-#4, Longest drive-#5, Best net overall- -First, Second and Third Best gross.
