Dear Editor,
It’s very alarming to see the number of accidents occurring daily, some deadly. As usual, excuses are being used to defend driver’s reckless use of the roadways, paying little regards to the way they are driving and how it’s affecting others. At one time, almost all accidents were being blamed on stray animals. Government introduced a stray catching units, that created tremendous stress to many who rear animals for a living. Out of financial frustration, many gave up depending on rearing animals for a living. Today, stray animals are not so prevalent on roadways, but accidents keep occurring alarmingly. Will we be seeing any plans to curb this madness on our roadways?
Yours truly,
Sahadeo Bates
