Dear Editor,
The glaring errors, as pointed out in a satirical piece, in the condolence message on the passing of a former Prime Minister of one of our CARICOM states is reminiscent of another mistake some time ago when Hindu religious holidays were mixed up. These errors underline that busy executives do not have the time to check every dotted ‘i’ and crossed ‘t’ but rely on writers to do the research and due diligence and get facts right.
Sincerely,
Shamshun Mohamed
