Dear Editor,
I would crave your indulgence to have the attached piece published in both your online and print publication, the commemoration of this national tragedy befallen our still grieving families, and me in particular.
That Justice delayed is Justice denied has become a cliché in our times, in our country. I don’t wish the deaths of young men lost to extrajudicial killings to be that predictable.
