Kaieteur News- Although no deaths have been reported over the past 24 hours, yesterday, the Ministry of Health announced that there are 11 patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The country’s COVID-19 death toll remains at 492.
The Ministry, in its daily COVID-19 dashboard recorded 29 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 20,953.
The dashboard also shows that there are 84 persons in institutional isolation, 1,313 in home isolation and no one is in institutional quarantine. To date, a total of 19,053 persons have recovered from the virus.
