Brian Hackett team triumph at Akamai Trading/Oasis Cafe Golf

Kaieteur News – On Saturday last, the Lusignan Golf Club hosted a Ryder Style Tournament sponsored by Akamai Trading/Oasis Cafe.
34 persons entered and were paced in two teams of 17 players each. The team led by co-sponsor Brian Hackett of Akamai Trading marked 27 points to win over the team led by William Walker of Oasis Cafe with 20 points.
In the best net category were; First – Shenalla London hc 11 gross 78 net 67; Second – Ravindra Harry hc 11 gross 80 net 69; Third – Patrick Prashad hc 9 gross 79 net 7.
Speaking after the tournament, the victorious Akamai Transformers Captain said, “Well, it is a jubilation to begin with, when we started, when I started yesterday with, well, taking the team, I started a team that I had, I knew we wanted to come out victorious. The guys that I had were pretty serious.
