Kaieteur News – For the first time in several months, Guyana recorded no new COVID-19 cases.
The case toll remains at 6,289. This was revealed in the Ministry of Health’s daily dashboard update, yesterday.
The dashboard, however, shows 97 new recoveries.
Further, it shows seven persons are in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit; 16 in institutional isolation; 13 in institutional quarantine and an additional 452 persons in home isolation.
The COVID-19 death toll remains at 162 deaths with 37,299 persons tested for the virus since March.
