Cut out the 4:30 morning openings of the Demerara Harbour Bridge

DEAR EDITOR,

From my assessment of the 4:30am opening of the Demerara Harbour Bridge; it is still creating heavy traffic build up.
I would suggest that adjustments be made as follows: 4:30am openings be absorbed by 4:00am and by 8:30am openings.
