PPP/C has won a peaceful and orderly elections – PM candidate tells OAS
PPP/C Prime Ministerial Candidate, Mark Phillips
Prime Ministerial Candidate of the People’s Progressive Party Civic (PPP/C) told the Organisation of American States Permanent Council today that the party won a free and fair election.
The results have been determined by the transparent national recount, showing that the PPP/C got 233,336 votes, ahead of the APNU+AFC’s 217,920 votes.
Phillips told the Council that the people have been waiting 140 days for a peaceful transition of Government.
