In addition to that, she noted that the houses comprise of two bedrooms, a rain harvesting component, and an up to standard lavatory.
Each family also received two beds, a table, a table top gas stove, four chairs and a solar panel. The families consist of 25 children and 10 adults.
Alex Foster, Head of the St. Francis Community Developers Headquarters said that since the NGO’s General Housing Project, they have built 355 homes for residents of Region Six.
He thanked Food for the Poor Inc and everyone else that came on board with the project to make it a success and also made it his duty to enlighten the parents in receipt of these homes that they should try their utmost to ensure their children are properly educated.
