DEAR EDITOR,

I got out and vote properly doing my part. Then GECOM fails to do its part. Does this mean my vote is invalid? If the Guyana Constitution allows my vote to be invalid through no fault of my own then it is severely flawed. MY VOTE can only become invalid through a fault of my own making and not through the actions of others.
That is what One Person, One Vote means.
