Dear Editor,
I am appealing for the return of many stranded and frustrated mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, children, loved ones, relatives and friends who are in Canada, London and elsewhere due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
The many people – way over eighty in number – are not comfortable and as such they are very frustrated and desperate to return home even if they have to expend to purchase a new ticket. With the good and adequate service of the COVID-19 mobile testing stations at various locations, I am appealing to government to have at least one flight weekly coming from the various countries where these people are stranded.
We can have them tested on arrival and, based on the results, have them quarantined at home or at the recommended locations. Our people are desperate to return to the country of their birth.
Yours truly,
Concerned Citizen
