The Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) secretariat was deliberate in its efforts to delay the national recount for the March 2, 2020 General and Regional Elections.
This was according to Opposition Appointed Commissioner Sase Gunraj who spoke to media personnel outside of GECOM’s Headquarters in Kingston.
