A high level team from the Caribbean Community, who arrived in Guyana to supervise a national recount of ballots from the March 2, General and Regional Elections, has withdrawn following a series of purported obstructions regarding preparations for the recount.
Opposition-appointed Commissioner, Sase Gunraj, confirmed this, this evening, during an interview with the press. According to Gunraj, the team plans on leaving the country tomorrow.
