DEAR EDITOR,
The tail is wagging the dog at GECOM. The Chairman and CEO have line and executive authority to order the RO Officer, Clairmont Mingo, to comply with the orders of the Chief Justice. Unless they and others at GECOM are acting in connivance and collusion with APNU+AFC and others, they would refuse to adhere with the demands of all, including international observers, to comply with the laws.
Good management practice requires the top officials at GECOM, Chairman and CEO, to instruct RO Mingo to abide by the orders of the Chief Justice. This does not depend on rocket science.
Sincerely,
Ed Singh
