DEAR EDITOR,
Citizens expectations of the next government may have changed since the discovery of oil in 2015.
Many Guyanese expect the economy to blossom regardless of who is in power. There is a great deal of hope that the next government will practice GOOD GOVERNANCE, BE TRANSPARENT and BE ACCOUNTABLE as a minimum.
Guyanese expect the oil money to benefit ALL as opposed to a selected few.
There is also the expectation of NATIONAL UNITY and not just sound bites.
Yours faithfully,
Sean Ori
