The Guyana Cycling Federation (GCF) has stated that it is in no way associated or has sanctioned the upcoming Go For Glory Cycling Group Ride set for January 30th to February 3rd.
The ride, organised by Kwame Ridley and Paul Choo-Wee-Nam, will see riders making the trip from Guyana to Suriname over the days mentioned under the theme, ‘Ride Long, Be Strong, Live Long’.
Following is the full text of the GCF’s letter signed by Secretary, Marc Sonoram: “The Guyana Cycling Federation wishes to notify the general public that the Federation has not organised, sanctioned, or is no way affiliated to the Guyana – Suriname goodwill cycle ride. The Federation wishes the participants of this event, a safe and enjoyable ride.”
