At the just concluded GT Beer sponsored Candy Boss Antics 8-a-side football competition, whilst losing the third place match to Cougars by the lone goal of that encounter, Hopetown FC did not leave the venue empty handed as they were presented with a new set of uniforms by veteran footballer, Owen Humphrey.
Hopetown FC Captain, Marvin Robertson accepted the donation on behalf of his club and expressed thanks to Humphrey and his family for supporting the club.
