Albion Permaul’s Trading and Distribution (APTD) U15 team have advanced to the semi-final of the Mike’s Pharmacy U15 inter club cricket competition organised by the Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) being played in Berbice.
In their latest game, they defeated their Rose Hall Town U15 counterparts by 73 runs. Albion (PTD) batted first and made 153 for 9 in 30 Overs with Tameshwar Mahadeo and Naresh Veerasammy making 25 each, Shiv Harripersaud contributed 19 and Damien Cecil 18.
Bowling for RHT U15 Nathan Kistama took 3 wickets, while Mathew Potaya grabbed 2.
In reply RHT U15 were dismissed for 80 in 25.5 overs with Raayad Rahaman making 27.
Bowling for Albion, medium pacers Manoo Inasi and Antonio Ramphal took 2 wickets each, while off spinner Mahadeo grabbed 2.
