The National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) yesterday opened 23 bids for five major governmental projects.
One notable project included the procurement of fresh frozen chicken under the Guyana Defence Force which is set to cost over $100 million.
Other noteworthy plans included the ¬¬procurement of modernization and financial management strengthening; to supply and install Information Technology- related hardware under the Ministry of Finance (MOF); and for bidders to supply and deliver hardware for the integration of Electronic Data Processing Software for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
