Four men on bicycles are patrolling the streets early in the morning looking to prey on people. During one such attempt, a passing motorist who is a licensed forearm holder would intervene.
One of the men would attempt to retaliate with equal intent but he would be wounded. The police would later make an arrest.

The Customs Anti-Narcotics Unit would be very busy making interceptions using intelligence information. The unit would make another major bust, this time on the western side of the city.
All told most of the drugs confiscated in the past month would surpass all the interdictions made earlier in the year.

This is not the time for sorry, but sorry is never far away. There have been accidents, but this one is going to hurt more. A man going home from work with his pay will be struck down on the roads.
His family would be devastated.
