A car would ignore the traffic sign and crash into another.

The police are at the top of their game, but there are some idiotic young criminals who believe that they will not be caught.
They are going to attack a shopper after trailing him. The police would be right there to make an arrest.

There will be a river accident. Two boats will collide in the western part of the country during a night time trip.
A larger boat will ride over a small craft crossing the river. People in the vicinity will rush to help the hapless passengers.
