Dear Editor,
The construction of our East Coast Demerara Highway is most welcome, but driving at nights is a hazardous situation.
Missing are the traffic control devices including signs, channelising devices, warning lights and arrow boards.
With the rainy season approaching, I do hope the contracting company put himself in order to avoid any calamity.
