It was good to see there was prompt and positive response and outcome to ‘NIS complaint’ matter which was highlighted in the letter columns of KN, October 30 2019.
The response ‘NIS regrets this incident’ KN, October 31 2019 assures the investigation was completed after months of failed trying by the ‘Pensioner’.
But why is it only after going publicly via the press or social media posting that responses and action are taken with alacrity by companies and organizations, which in the first place could have avoided the negative publicity by being more proactive?
