Can GTT explain?
DEAR EDITOR,
About three weeks ago I received a phone call from a relative in the US. The call got disconnected twice and both times my relative said he heard a recording of our immediately previous conversation. Are our telephones being tapped? Are our conversations being recorded? Can GTT explain?
