‘Happiest Men Alive’ win Demerara Rotary Rally

The inaugural Rotary Club of Demerara Off-Road Rally fundraising event last Saturday along the Linden-Seosdyke Highway area saw the team of ‘Happiest Men Alive’ and ‘Pure Racing’ came out victorious in the vehicles and bikes categories, respectively.
In addition to the overall trophies, the top performers in each of the four routes also received trophies. The results are as follows:
Bikes – Route 1: 1) Keith Fernandes 2) Pure Racing#40 3) Pure Racing #41
Route 2: 1) Pure Racing #40 2) Glen Pasely 3) S. Gooding
Route 3: 1) Pure Racing #40 2) Pure Racing #413) Keith Fernandes

President of Demerara Rotary, Hansraj Singh in a correspondence to the media expressed gratitude to all the volunteers, participants and sponsors including Japarts for contributing to the event’s success.
