Stage of Champion IV – Fight to the Finish Cameal’s Academy is main sponsor
Organiser of Stage of Champions in its fifth year, Videsh Sookram, has informed that the main sponsor on board is Cameal’s Institute. The
Teacher and Representative of Cameal’s Academy, Raynauth Gorakh hands over sponsorship to Videsh Sookram.
sponsorship amount was not disclosed for what is anticipated to be a mega event, come Saturday October 19 next at the Theatre Guild Playhouse, Kingston.
Sookram expressed thanks to Cameal’s Academy’s Raynauth Gorakh for their support, noting that he is expecting a very competitive show.
Both male and female athletes are expected to grace the stage with their presence but in a combative mode as they battle for the attractive cash prizes on offer.
Headlining the local contingent would be reigning Mr. Guyana and veteran athlete, Marlon ‘Bolo’ Bennett along with the multi talented Carlos Petterson, Rosanna Fung (female), Anthony Harris, Sylvan Gardner, Lyndon Burnett, Andre Wagner and Tagepaul Gwendasammy.
The locals will be seeking to smother the threats of the athletes from overseas that would be here to compete. They’ll be coming from Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Lucia and Antigua & Barbuda.
