The East Coast Cricket Committee/Nevil Ramotar Memorial T20 competition which was set to conclude yesterday has been postponed due to heavy rainfall which left the Enmore and Lusignan grounds waterlogged.
This competition which is being played in memory of the late Nevil Ramotar, a former Enmore resident, commenced in April last and featured 18 teams with matches played on a knock-out basis.
Strathavon ‘B’, Ogle CC, Lusignan East, Enmore CC, Fairfield SC and Enterprise Busta SC are the teams that remain in the competition. A release from the East Coast Cricket Committee stated that the dates for the remaining fixtures will be announced as soon as the weather improves.
