People does start one story and by de time it spread nobody ain’t sure what cause de story. Nuff married men does find out de hard way. De wife does start a quarrel and de idiot of a husband does answer back.
Before he know it, de quarrel gone on to something else because de wife remember something dat she didn’t talk bout before. By de time dem cool down, none of dem can remember what start de quarrel in de first place.
Dat is wha happen dis past week. Jagdeo start a quarrel bout Soulja Bai give away nuff land to friends and family and PNC supporters as soon as de government lose de no-confidence motion. Right away some people pick up Jagdeo.
De quarrel move on to who lie and who hate people. It still going on but de issue change. Dem boys hearing people talking ‘bout de whistle blowing legislation. De argument is dat de legislation give people de right to thief confidential documents and smuggle it to whichever party dem supporting.
Dat is only one change. Now de quarrel is about if de Lands and Survey Commission corrupt. A man pick up de story and he peep under Uncle Adam because he claim how Uncle Adam petticoat showing. Then he go on to talk about de corruption in de Lands and Surveys Commission.
In de first place, it was whether de land share out since de no-confidence motion. Charles Ceres pick him up and tell him dat de land dat he got, he get it since Jagdeo give him.
De Opposition Leader ain’t seh he mek a mistake. He twist de story. He seh Ceres used to tell lie because he always seh how Jagdeo don’t give Black people nutten.
Dem boys seh Jagdeo smart. He mek a switch. He now talking ‘bout waterfront lands dat give away. Oil coming and waterfront property is big business. Jagdeo claim how Soulja Bai share out de waterfront land.
He holding on pon dat. He ain’t even thinking ‘bout de land he share out right up to de last day he was president. Dat is why old people always seh, thief man don’t like see he mattie wid bag.
