Ramps Logistics sponsors today’s Golf tournament at LGC

Ramps Logistics, a world class logistics provider in Guyana and the Caribbean, has decided to partner with the Lusignan Golf Club to host a tournament today and by commencing with Marisca Jordan joining the Club as a member, to announce its support for the game and the club.
Ramps was founded in 1985 in Trinidad and Tobago by Mr. Ramnarine Rampersad offering solely customs brokerage services. In 2003, due to increased demand, Ramps began offering Freight Forwarding services. This marked their transition from a brokerage company to one of the region’s leading logistics provider. President of the LGC Aleem Hussain along with Vice Captain Dr. Jooan Deo were on hand to announce the partnership at the company’s headquarters on Brickdam. Mr. Hussain noted that with the strength of companies such as Ramps Logistics partnering with the LGC, many of the proposed additions – pool, tennis, restaurant and soon to be added driving range, sponsored by Macorp will be realized much sooner than expected. “We look forward to seeing members of the public along with staff and clients of the sponsor from the Oil & Gas sector coming out to enjoy the fantastic vistas and camaraderie at the LGC.”
This event today commences at 12:30 pm with presentation, food and music starting at approximately 4pm. Prizes for the top two golfers in each category and Best Gross and Best Net player of the tournament will be awarded.
