Mayor meets Public Infrastructure Minister
On March 14, last, the Mayor of Georgetown, Ubraj Narine, paid a courtesy visit to Minister of Public Infrastructure, David Patterson.
The deliberations were deemed successful. The Mayor shared strong sentiments with Minister Patterson for the development of Georgetown. He noted that there is strength in unity and cohesion as the council and the Ministry contribute, together, to the development and improvement of “our beloved City of Georgetown on both the local and global level.”
Minister David Patterson guided Mr. Narine on the projects outlined under his Ministry and also shared how the Municipality along with the Ministry can collaborate on projects for 2019 to ensure consistency and cleanliness of the City.
