Banks DIH Limited Berbice Branch continues to show it’s through cooperative spirit by rewarding cyclist from the Flying Ace Cycle Club (FACC) for their outstanding performance throughout the year.
The company through its Rainforest Waters brand presented the winners of the club’s “Track Attack” Cycle race held earlier with incentives.
A simple presentation ceremony was held at Banks DIH Limited Berbice Branch office at Main and New Street New Amsterdam.
Among those present were Banks DIH Limited Berbice Regional Manager Mr. Regional Matthews and FACC founder and coach Randolph Roberts.
Banks BIH acting Berbice sales Manager Nandram Basdeo, in speaking to those in attendance, spoke about Banks DIH’s commitment to developing Guyana’s most valuable resource. He said the Human Resource is most valuable in any country. Mr. Basdeo also spoke about the company’s long association with the FACC. He pledged the company’s continue support on behalf of the CEO and Executives.
Sales Supervisor Fawaaz Harry in presenting the cheque to Champion rider Balram Narine spoke about the importance of supporting various sports disciplines. He also took the opportunity to share words of encouragement to those in attendance.
Roberts took the opportunity to express his heartfelt appreciation to Banks DIH and urged other businesses to come on board and support sport and youth development in the Ancient County.
