Yesterday, the Director General (ag), Lt Col Kester Craig, and other staffers from the Civil Defence Commission, met with representatives from Tullow Oil to discuss potential partnerships in the area of oil spill contingency planning.
Further, the group had discussions around the need for collaborative systems between the CDC and stakeholders within the oil industry to ensure efficient environmental management and disaster risk management.
