The proactive Berbice Cricket Board would tomorrow start early preparation for the 2019 Inter-county Under-15 Championship, which is scheduled for early February, 2019. The Berbice Cricket Board has appointed Secretary of the Upper Corentyne Cricket Association Lakeram Latchman as the Manager of the Berbice Under-15 Team, while Leslie Solomon, who was the 2018 successful Coach, has been reappointed to the position.
The Board in late November started its on the field preparation with the hosting of the 2nd Edition of the Mike’s Pharmacy Under-15 Tournament. The Berbice Cricket Board had earlier in the year, hosted the first editions which was won by Albion Community Centre Cricket Club who defeated Rose Hall Town Farfan & Mendes Under-15 by six runs in the Final at the Albion Cricket Ground.
The following players are asked to report to the Albion Community Centre Ground tomorrow at 10:30hours with their cricket gears and white uniforms:

Felix, Salim Khan, Raheem Khan, Tavindra Doobay, Tomesh Hemraj, Lakeraj Ramlekan, Saglain Mc Almont, Jevon Duncan, Tovsaunt Connely, Icjundo Rogers, Kenny Budhoo, Manoo Inasak, Nyron Hicks and Tameshwar Mangall.
The squad would be reduced to 26 for the hosting of two trial matches each in January, 2019. The Berbice Cricket Board hopes to name its Inter-County Team by the 15th January, 2019, so that the appointed Manager and Coach can have adequate time to properly prepare the team.
