I am sure the Traffic Department can do a much better job at regulating the flow of traffic during parliamentary sessions.
There is an unacceptable level of inconvenience to commuters, not to mention the loss of valuable manhours by those trapped in traffic congestion.
I wish to urge the authorities to come up with a plan to end this traffic nightmare.
