Max Persaud, Jaipaul Suknanan and Romel Bhagwandin won their respective categories when the Lusignan Golf Club hosted a fund raising tournament recently.
Max Persaud won the 10-18 flight with 75 gross and 61 net ahead of Joseph John who shot 83 gross and 69 net.
Suknanan totaled 74 gross and 66 net to win the 0-9 flight while Avinash Persaud placed second with 69 gross and 67 net.
Romel Bhagwandin claimed the 19-28 flight with 84 gross and 65 net, while Haresh Tewari placed second with 87 gross and 68 net.
Max Persaud won the overall title while Avinash Persaud took the best gross. The tournament which was initiated by Jaipaul Suknanan, was held to raise funds for the Dialysis section at Dr. Doobay Medical Centre at Annandale, East Coast Demerara.
