The National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NTPAB) yesterday opened 26 bids which were vied for the reconstruction of two bridges. The bridges scheduled for reconstruction are Area ‘J’ Industry Bridge, E.C.D and Little Diamond Bridge, E.B.D.
The bids opened were as follows:
Ministry of Public Infrastructure –Procurement of Works – Bridges 2018
Lot 1 – Reconstruction of Area ‘J’ Industry Bridge, E.C.D, Region 4
Lot 2 – Reconstruction of Little Diamond Bridge, E.B.D, Region 4
The board also opened multiple multi-million-dollar bids for infrastructural work in the commercial area of Providence. The bids opened were all above $40M and were as follows: Central Housing and Planning Authority – Infrastructural works at Providence Commercial Area, E.B.D Region 4
Other tenders opened by the board included the following:
Ministry of Business – Consultancy for design of export and investment strategy and implementation plan for Go Invest
Guyana Lands and Survey Commission – Rewiring of GLSC Head Office
National Communications Networks Inc. – Servicing and Maintenance of Air Conditioning Units 2019
Ministry of Public Health – Supply and Delivery of Pharmaceutical Cold Stores (Refrigerator)
Regional Democratic Council, Region 5 – Procurement of Security Services
Ministry of Agriculture – Consulting Services for the review, design and supervision services
