The Guyana Floodlight Softball Cricket Association (GFSCA) recently honored two outstanding veteran softball cricketers Mark Bobb of the USA and Vicky Ramsaywack of Guyana.
Following the conclusion of the Guyana Softball Cup 8, the association took the opportunity to recognise the contributions of both players to the game, on and off the field. President of GFSCA, Ramchand Ragbeer was high in praises for the players and reminded that Bobb has participated in every major softball tournament since 1999.
Even though he didn’t participate on the field in the 2018 edition of Guyana Softball Cup, he graced the tournament with his presence and inspired everyone with his usual sound advice and jolly antics.
Ramsaywack is the owner of Savage Masters and his Team took part in every tournament organised by the GFSCA. Ramsaywack participated in tournaments in Canada, New York, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale.
Bobb and Ramsaywack thanked the GFSCA, stating that they will continue to contribute towards the development of the sport and wished the GFSCA success in future tournaments.
